In this role, Keith is responsible for leading Synchrony’s multi-billion-dollar Automotive portfolio and 20+ person team through the next phase of growth and innovation. Keith is tasked with exploring auto-related business development opportunities and adjacencies, delivering on strategic and tactical commitments to current and future Auto clients, and driving Synchrony Car Care network engagement and participation. The Synchrony Car Care Network is the foremost credit solution for consumers looking to effectively manage their total cost of automotive ownership. Through Synchrony’s partnership with Discover Financial Services, Synchrony Car Care cardholders can use their cards at over 1 million auto-related locations in the US. This nationwide acceptance gives Synchrony cardholders vast utility for their Car Care needs and access to unique benefits helping create custom affordability that fits individual budgeting.
Prior to his current role as the Auto Leader, Keith was the Senior Vice President and Leader for Synchrony’s OUTDOOR business, a collection of Powersports, Sporting Goods and Lawn & Garden portfolios and clients. Keith has more than 23 years of leadership experience in Financial Services, focusing on both commercial and consumer finance businesses.
Keith joined Synchrony in 2015 from GE Capital. Keith joined GE Capital in 2008 via the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP). While with GE Capital, he held various roles in Commercial Lending and Leasing Sales, Risk, Capital Markets and Marketing, most recently with GE Capital Corporate Finance. Prior to GE Capital, Keith worked in Investment Banking with BMO Capital Markets in New York City. Keith is a graduate of both Indiana University, where he obtained a BSBA in Finance, and Emory University, where he earned his MBA.
Today, Keith lives in Charlotte with his wife, two boys and mini labradoodle. Keith enjoys exploring the Carolinas with his family, being a little league coach, staying active with exercise and playing golf.

His expertise in supply chain management allows him to effectively manage the North America Tire & Service Network, ensuring seamless operations and fostering strong partnerships.

Sharon has worked in many facets of the channel business from customer engagement to solution consulting to product management and product marketing and everything in-between, serving across multiple industries. Her superpower, well one of several, being able to get in the mind of the customer and partner and provide the right solution at the right time and build a path to future success.
Sharon is currently 360insights Senior Product Marketing Manager, working with sales, product, marketing, and the C-suite to deliver an end-to-end channel platform, working with partnerships, clients, and our internal team.
