Recently recognized as a top Channel Chief by CRN, in his current role as CRO, Steven leads global sales and marketing for StructuredWeb, and is responsible for defining and driving the go-to-market strategy. Before joining StructuredWeb, Steven has led sales and marketing teams at companies including 360insights, CCI, and ECast spanning both sides of the channel relationship. 

Steven is an experienced team builder, capable of leading an organization or department by example and identifying unique opportunities.  

Theresa Caragol 

Founder & CEO, AchieveUnite 

Theresa Caragol is the founder and CEO, AchieveUnite Inc., a strategic consulting and education firm that provides channel, partnering, and business acceleration services to leaders and global enterprises. With Theresa’s leadership, AchieveUnite offers partner and channel development, go-to-market strategy, & channel integration, and executive education forums.  

Ms. Caragol is a sought-after influencer with more than 20 years of experience across over 50 countries, building and managing multi-million-dollar indirect channel teams and strategic alliance programs from inception to sales success.  She has developed numerous Executive Advisory Boards and Think Tanks, and co-founded the Baptie Women’s Leadership Council.  

Prior to founding AchieveUnite Inc, Theresa held senior executive roles at Extreme Networks, Ciena and Nortel. She holds a Bachelors from Virginia Tech, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, and an Executive Masters in Leadership from Georgetown University Business School. 

Lisa Cole Miller  

Channel Activation Marketing Lead, Papercut Software

Lisa Cole Miller is a conduit for creativity, empathy and grit. She is an MBA educated marketing professional with extensive experience providing thought leadership and direction to achieve key organizational goals and objectives. 10 years as a channel marketing professional working from several aspects of the channel including the distributor, vendor, manufacturer, 3rd party agency and a new member of the Alliance for Channel Women.  

Lisa is a creative and driven strategist that continuously delivers results, builds lasting relationships, and fosters a courageous culture wherever she goes. In an effort to continue her professional growth, Lisa completed her professional coach training in 2020 from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), earning her CPC and ELI-MP certifications. Applying a coaching-mindset to work has heightened her ability to help others to see and trust in their own genius. Lisa is more focused on the who, than the what, and her primary value drivers are equality, nature, knowledge and connection.

Heather K. Margolis is Senior Vice President of Marketing at 360insights. Formerly, Heather was the Founder and CEO of Spark Your Channel, creators of a through-channel marketing automation platform, and Founder and Chairperson of Channel Maven Consulting, a strategic channel marketing agency. Both companies were acquired by 360insights in November 2021.  

Heather is a recognized channel marketing expert and a sought-after keynote speaker to a variety of audiences about entrepreneurship, building a service-based business and B2B strategy, B2B marketing and channel marketing. A self-proclaimed "recovering channel professional," Heather is passionate about enabling vendors to drive sales through their channel partners. She spent several years in channel programs and marketing for big-brand tech companies like EMC, EqualLogic and Dell before forming Channel Maven Consulting in March of 2009 to provide strategic channel marketing “to” and partner demand generation “with” to IT and telecom channel organizations of all sizes.  

Heather has a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. She grew up in Massachusetts and now lives in Boulder, Colo., with her husband and fellow entrepreneur Simeon, their two daughters and dog Zoe.
