An Indirect Reseller is an intermediary or third-party entity that sells products or services on behalf of manufacturers or distributors, often as part of a larger supply chain or channel partner network. Indirect resellers don’t produce the goods themselves but act as a bridge between the supplier and the end customer, adding value through localized sales efforts or additional support.

This includes:

  • Partnering with distributors or vendors to source products
  • Selling products or services to end customers or smaller retailers
  • Providing localized sales, technical support, or customer service
  • Helping suppliers reach broader markets through their established networks

Indirect resellers play a vital role in expanding market reach, especially for businesses unable to connect directly with every customer. Their expertise in local markets and customer needs helps increase brand visibility, improve customer access to products, and drive revenue growth for suppliers.
