I am currently retired. My previous position was SVP of Sales at BSH Home Appliance Corporation. Prior to that, I was President of Sales and Marketing for the US and Puerto Rico for Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company. Prior to that I was SVP of Product Marketing for Panasonic US responsible for every consumer product in the portfolio. I worked at Panasonic for 23 years and was promoted 14 times. I started as a Sales Support Representative. 

Zach Elkin, President, Beko Home Appliances U.S

An undisputed industry leader for more than 40 years, Zach Elkin orchestrates and directs the continued expansion of Beko’s home appliance brands in North America since its 2016 entry into the U.S. market. Zach, who was named Beko Home Appliances U.S. president in October 2020, is well known for using innovative marketing, product design, and positioning strategies to build global businesses and brands.  

Most recently, Zach was U.S. general manager of Signature Kitchen Suite® at LG Electronics, Inc., reinvigorating the company’s luxury kitchen appliance category and forming the first-ever SKS design council that brought together seasoned design professionals to create a platform for collaboration on product development, industry trends and brand growth. Previously, he held leadership positions at Sears Holdings and Bosch Siemens Home Appliances Corporation. He is credited with transforming the Thermador® and Gaggenau® brands in the U.S. using an innovative blend of marketing, promotional, PR and influencer strategies while shoring up its builder and dealer networks. 

Zach is a 2022 National Kitchen and Bath Association Hall of Fame inductee and 2022 Dealerscope Magazine Hall of Fame recipient for his life-long career contributions to the appliance industry and association. Zach is married to his highschool sweetheart and has two adult sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and two grandkids. The Tennessee native was born and raised in Lexington, Ken., and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.  

Sharon Maxfield, Senior Product Marketing Manager, 360insights

Sharon has worked in many facets of the channel business from customer engagement to solution consulting to product management and product marketing and everything in-between, serving across multiple industries. Her superpower, well one of several, being able to get in the mind of the customer and partner and provide the right solution at the right time and build a path to future success.

Sharon is currently 360insights Senior Product Marketing Manager, working with sales, product, marketing, and the C-suite to deliver an end-to-end channel platform, working with partnerships, clients, and our internal team.

When not speaking with clients or developing best-in-class product marketing resources, you can find Sharon with her 11-year old daughter and husband in Metro Detroit, reading, writing or exploring. Chances are she's at some new local coffee shop or being "dance mom"

Heather K. Margolis, SVP, Marketing, 360insights

Heather is a sought-after keynote speaker to a variety of audiences about entrepreneurship, building a service-based business and B2B strategy, B2B marketing and channel marketing. Heather K. Margolis is Senior Vice President of Marketing at 360insights. Formerly, Heather was the Founder and CEO of Spark Your Channel, creators of a through-channel marketing automation platform, and Founder and Chairperson of Channel Maven Consulting, a strategic channel marketing agency. Both companies were acquired by 360insights in November 2021.

Heather is a recognized channel marketing expert and a sought-after keynote speaker to a variety of audiences about entrepreneurship, building a service-based business and B2B strategy, B2B marketing and channel marketing. A self-proclaimed "recovering channel professional," Heather is passionate about enabling vendors to drive sales through their channel partners. She spent several years in channel programs and marketing for big-brand tech companies like EMC, EqualLogic and Dell before forming Channel Maven Consulting in March of 2009 to provide strategic channel marketing “to” and partner demand generation “with” to IT and telecom channel organizations of all sizes.
