The ideal client is a large national or international business that invests significant capital in its brand or brands.
The ideal client sells its products through a number of distributors and/or thousands of dealers that are independently owned and sell multiple brands. The independent nature of the channel creates a significant lack of visibility to sales and promotional activities and their respective results from the dealer to the end consumer. The ideal customer sells in excess of 30% of its sales to “long tail” dealers, meaning those who are non-national.
The ideal customer sells products that are in excess of $50 and ideally sell for $100 or more per unit.
